Such Busy Bee's We Will Be!

After 3 days of researching I've found an amazing array of events
For our cute Cannon Point Trio to take part of:


1. Annual Egyptian Festival: We invite you to join us for our Annual Egyptian Festival. We will have traditional Egyptian food, Souvenirs, tons of games and much more. It will be three days filled with cultural fun and a history that dates back for thousands of years.
[Dates: Friday, August 28th: 5:00PM - 10:00PM; Saturday, August 29th: 11:00 AM - 10:00PM; Sunday, August 30th: 12:00 PM - 6:00]


2. Blooms and Butterflies
[Dates: March 14 - September 7, 2009]

3. Lithopolis HoneyFest: Celebrate National Honey Month at Ohio's Honey Festival! Lots to do and see - American Honey Queen, bee beards, honey and hive products for sale, honey tasting, beekeepers and demos, observation hives, honey extracting, honey made food, Honey Cook-Off, juried arts & crafts, live Folk, R&B, and Swing, photo contest, Busy Beehive Kids Crafts Booth. Plenty of free parking with shuttle. ADA compliant. Lithopolis Honeyfest - a good spot to bee!

4. Pointless Pursuit: Imagine a scavenger hunt, adventure race and problem solving experience all rolled into one race where two person teams run, walk or take public transit in search of challenges scattered throughout the city. The challenges are engaging and lighthearted and are designed to be completed by competitors 8-80. You may have to find something, eat something (nothing gross) or do something.

5. German Village Oktoberfest: The German Village Oktoberfest is noted as one of the top 100 events in North America
[Dates: September 25 - 27, 2009]

6. High Ball Halloween: A cross between Carnivale and Mardi Gras with a pinch of Halloween and a healthy splash of the Short North's artistic spirit. The evening's festivities will include Outrageous Costume Contests (all entries are welcome!), a Couture Costume Fashion Showdown for fashion professionals, the Dogtober Howloween Procession for costume-crazed pet owners, live bands, the city's hottest DJs, and prizes!
